On August 26, 2022 Washingtonian Magazine released its first Lifetime Achievement
Awards. Washingtonian calls this list the “Best of the Best” and their “Top Lawyers Hall of Fame.” The Law Office of Christopher Leibig was one of four Northern Virginia Firms included on the list for criminal defense. The Washingtonian’s “Top Lawyers” list is put together through peer voting. They send surveys to hundreds of local lawyers asking them who they would trust of they needed a lawyer. The lawyers who were awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards were the lawyers who appeared on the lists year after year, making them, according to Washingtonian, the “best of the best among their peers”
